At F2S MART LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
